Create
Create a company, preferably the same name as the company that you want to migrate, with MMC tool, and connect it to the desired organization of Zoho Books
Set Company Details
In company settings, enter the Tally company name and serial number
Load TDL in Tally
First, unlock the TDL from the MMC Convert email, load the provided TDL into the Tally folder, and the ‘Migration to Zoho’ button will appear at the gateway of Tally.
Start Data Migration
On the Gateway of Tally, click the ‘Migration to Zoho’ button. Enter Zoho credentials and choose the functions you want to migrate

The migration typically takes 72 hours, but the timeline can vary depending on the size of your data and your specific requirements, which shall be confirmed to you before starting the migration.
We provide the required TDLs to you, which you can upload in the Tally folder on your computer. Once the TDL is uploaded, your Gateway of Tally will have a new option enabled called 'MigratetoZoho', which helps to migrate data seamlessly at your end from Tally to Zoho Books.
Yes, on special request, we can perform a test migration that transfer some of the entries from Tally to Zoho Books, so that you can review and confirm accuracy before starting the execution of the full migration.
Your Tally data remains unchanged. The migration process only transfers a copy of your data to Zoho Books.
